How we approached it.
Every elevation taken back to a sound surface, EWI added to all the walls, and the whole lot brought up to a smooth white silicone finish.
- Full scaffold around the property — every elevation accessed safely
- EWI boards bonded to all the walls — meshed and rendered over for a flat, warm finish
- Base coat with full reinforcing mesh — corners doubled up.
- Silicone topcoat in white — breathable, flexible, weatherproof
- Crisp lines around windows, doors and stone features — kept clean, no overspray
